  • Selina HuynhCertified Fit Learning Coach

    Selina Huynh has been working utilizing ABA to provide direct support to children on the Autism Spectrum with PLG for past 6 years. As a Behaviour Interventionist, Selina has worked with over 20 families supporting individuals from the ages of 2-10. Selina has experience working in various environments such as preschools, summer camps and after school activities. She has also served as the head teacher for social skills groups developed by PLG.

    In August 2012, Selina pursued further education in the field of ABA by completing the Behaviour Intervention Diploma at Douglas College. As Selina continued her work in the field of ABA, she realized the importance of collaboration and continuation of ABA into generalized education settings. As a result, in September 2017, Selina decided to bring her knowledge and skill set to the Surrey School District and began her role as an ABA Support Worker. With her after-school and summer time hours, she continues her work as a Program Manager and Senior Behaviour Interventionist with PLG.

    In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and swimming. She also enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her dog.

  • Judy BuiClinical Director

    Judy attended SFU before graduating from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2010. Her graduate training emphasized instructional design, the science and application of behaviourism and working specifically with individuals on the autism spectrum. During this time, she had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant for Organization for Research and Learning (O.R.L) and as a 1:1 Paraprofessional for Rising Star Academy and Families for Effective Autism Treatment in Seattle, Washington. Upon returning home, she served as a Program Manager for Zambolin Consulting. Her dedication to disseminating ABA and commitment to providing high quality behaviour analytic services to individuals on the spectrum led her to establishing Precision Learning Group (PLG) in 2013.

    Judy currently resides in Burnaby, British Columbia and serves as the Clinical Director for PLG. She also provides supervision for several Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst’s (BCaBA) on the Registry for Autism Service Providers (RASP) list. Judy has served as a Board Member for The British Columbia Association for Behaviour Analysis (BC-ABA). She is a member of the Standard Celeration Society, a full member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis International (ABAI) and British Columbia Association for Behaviour Analysis.

    Presented papers at the ABAI and BC-ABA conferences, and the IPTC related to her clinical work. She attends multiple conferences annually to expand her professional knowledge as a way to better serve her practice.

    When she is not busy fulfilling her clinical duties, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and learning how to live in the moment, without technology. She is also fluent in English and Vietnamese.

  • Ryan BoydOperations Coordinator

    Ryan has an extensive background in the fields of education and business management. He began by instructing at, and eventually managing a chain of trade and technical schools across western Canada, which he has done successfully for the past decade.

    After having the opportunity to witness the incredible personal growth and development of transformational learning skills that the Fit Learning model affords, Ryan is now excited to bring his management experience to a new demographic of learners as Operations Coordinator for Fit Learning BC.

    When he is not at FIT, Ryan is either with his family, at yoga, or playing hockey.

  • Trevor GysbertsenCertified Fit Learning Coach

    Trevor found his passion for teaching and education early in his life. At the age of 15 he began teaching Martial Arts for young children and fell in love with their dynamic energy and opportunity for growth. Later, he stumbled into the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and realized that was the right fit.

    Trevor completed his Behaviour Interventionist Certification at Douglas College and is now pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a focus in Linguistics.

    Trevor’s fun, friendly, and outgoing nature brings a unique and exciting dynamic to his teaching environment.

    In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and watching documentaries, as well as spending time with his wife and cat at home.
